Why isn’t there a price list?
Because two websites that look similar can be very different jobs. A five-page site for a trades business and a five-page site with online booking and a store aren’t the same build, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one of you. So we quote to what you actually need — $499 is the honest floor, and you get your number before anything starts.
What does $499 actually get me?
A custom-designed site of up to five pages, written for you, mobile-ready, with contact and quote forms, your domain registered in your name, analytics, and a launch in about 14 days. No templates and no page builder you’re left to maintain.
How does the quote work?
You tell us what you need, we send one fixed price in writing, and nothing starts until you’re happy with it. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices — if the scope changes later, you get a number for that before any work happens.
Do you look after the site after launch?
If you want us to. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing edits are an add-on, quoted up front so you know the number before you decide. If you’d rather host it yourself or handle changes in-house, that’s fine too.
Can I edit the site myself?
You don’t have to — send us the change and we’ll do it. If you’d rather do it yourself, we can build the site with a simple login so you can update text, photos and posts whenever you like. Just say so when we quote.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and the finished site is yours.
I’ve never had a website. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most of our clients are in exactly that spot. You don’t need to know what hosting, DNS or SEO mean. We walk you through it in plain English, make the decisions we’re qualified to make, and only ask you the things nobody else can answer — like what your business actually does and who you want calling.
I don’t have any content. Can you help?
That’s the normal starting point, and copywriting is part of the build — we write every word of your site. If you don’t have photos, we source professional stock that fits your trade. All we need is a short conversation about your business.
What if I already have a website?
We redesign or rebuild it, move your domain over and keep your Google history. Same starting point — tell us what isn’t working and you get a fixed quote for fixing it.
Do you work with businesses outside Toronto?
Yes — right across Canada, coast to coast. We’re based in Toronto, but nothing about your website needs us in the room: the whole thing happens over a call and email. Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Montreal, Halifax — same process, same pricing, same 14 days.
